Passion fruit dried until the flesh goes translucent and bends rather than tears. The black seeds sit visible through it, so what is in the pack is obvious before anyone has read a word on the label.

The seeds are edible and come through the dryer whole, so a piece gives first and then snaps. Their aroma is part of what passion fruit actually tastes like, and drying with them intact keeps it in the piece.
