Freeze-dried strawberry. The berry keeps its own shape and its own red.
The water leaves as vapour instead of being cooked off, so a whole berry comes out of the chamber still berry-shaped and the colour is the fruit's, not a dye. Supplied whole, sliced or as pieces, with the sweetening step switched on or off per order, under OEM and private label.
No obligation. Reply within 2–4 business hours. One fruit, one process, three decisions.
Nothing is added to make the colour and nothing has to be added to make the crunch. What actually changes between two orders of this line is the form the berry is cut to, whether it is sweetened at all, and how it is packed.
Whole, sliced or broken down
A whole berry leaves the chamber with the shape it went in with, so on a shelf it reads as fruit rather than as an ingredient. Slices and pieces are the same fruit cut smaller for blending. The bite is a thin crunch that dissolves in the mouth without being chewed.
Colour that came with the fruit
Freeze-drying pulls the water out without heating the berry, which is why the red survives the process and why no additive is needed to hold it there. That matters most to buyers whose label has to stay short.
An option, not a default
The line runs either with nothing added or with a light sweetening step, and that is set order by order rather than fixed at the factory. The two versions carry different ingredient declarations, so decide it before the artwork goes to print.
From the beds to the bowl.
Four frames, in the order the fruit moves: whole berries first, then the freeze-dried piece.

Who buys this line, and what they do with it.
Breakfast cereal
Cereal and muesli companies buying fruit for a dry mix. Whole berries when the piece has to be visible through the pack, cut pieces when the format is finer.
Bakery ingredients
Bakery ingredient suppliers folding fruit into mixes, fillings and toppings, cut to whatever size the mix takes rather than to a fixed catalogue size.
Confectionery
Confectionery brands using strawberry as an inclusion or a decoration. This is where the unsweetened version usually goes, because the sugar is already in the product around it.
Snack and health-food brands
Manufacturers selling the berry as it is, in a pack. Nitrogen-flushed bags for retail, bulk packing for anyone filling their own.
The numbers come with the quote.
Form, moisture, retail pack size and lead time all move with the cut, the sweetening and the destination market. Publishing one set here would be wrong for most of the buyers who read it, so what follows is the list of fields your quote fills in.
